How to register machine and get CashBack...

1) everything will be faster if you will have on hand:

• serial number of your machine
• scan of purchase invoice - jpg or pdf 
• two files of photography of a machine in a workshop - one front and one side
• invoice to Lamidesk for getting CashBack - in pdf format
  When the machine has been installed the Customer shall issue an invoice for following services.
  subject of invoicing:
  
  “Placement of a billboard 800x400mm which is to be displayed on the wall together with SuperSpeed within 24 months“
  “Consent to publication the name of the company including the address as well as one photo published on Lamidesk‘s web sites“ + serial number of your machine“

  Total amount of CashBack equals to 2 020 EUR both for VAT registered companies and others. In case the Customer is VAT registered there will be a reverse-charge principle applied on the invoice.

2) register your machine on www.lamidesk.cz - click Login button right upper corner

Registration is possible at the latest one month after purchase of your machine.
